Digital Transition During the Pandemic
Ibis acam began digitally supporting its educational activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this context, they introduced a new LMS system, supported users in virtual classrooms, and created additional e-learning materials with digital tools.
As they trained 25-30,000 people annually in groups of no more than 20, the management, uploading, updating, and measuring of individual users' progress in learning content became complex and required many working hours.
Seeking a Robust Solution
A solution was needed that would allow for the joint editing and management of course materials by multiple authors, while providing cloud-based document management for the flexible development and permeability of training materials. There was also a need to use the xAPI protocol for rich data collection on the learning process, examinations, and feedback on students' progress.
