Nearly 400 employees working at domestic water companies will soon be able to educate themselves with memorable, experiential digital materials that can be learned with a flexible schedule. The Magyar Water Utility Association has committed itself to using the Magyar-developed Courze & Cloud digital course creator cloud application.

For years, one of the most important strategic elements of the Magyar Water Utility Association's work has been establishing a high-quality professional staff; its long-term maintenance. Therefore, their key task is to create training programs for water utility workers that are efficient, quickly adaptable to new challenges and labor market demands, and take into account sector-specific specifications. One part of the internal training reaching nearly 400 employees of the association's members is in-person, but digital materials are playing an increasingly larger role in the process.
